BYO Lunch meeting 18th October

After a long and glorious summer we meet again for a bring-your-own lunch networking meeting, on Friday 18th October from 12.30 to 2 PM. Please come to the hospitable Department of Psychology:

26 Bedford Way WC1H 0AP

How to get there

Go to the seminar room on the 3rd floor. You can buy drinks and sandwiches at the Café next door to the seminar room.

To start us off in our series “Who am I – what am I doing?”, we have two inspiring speakers.

First, Lucie Green will talk to us about her public engagement work on the Sky at Night Programme. You may have heard rumours that this programme is on the endangered list, and I hope that we can rally some support.

In addition, Lidunka Vočadlo from Earth Sciences has kindly agreed to tell us about her work and how she combines family and work.

We also thought it would be interesting to share views on how to set up a team and more specifically, how large a team should be.
